Sunshine Ace Hardware is inviting customers and neighbors to celebrate the first anniversary of its Pelican Bay store in North Naples with a customer appreciation event offering food, prize entries and in-store promotions. The company’s report, published Oct. 27, 2026, did not specify when the event will take place.
Visitors can have grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, chips and soft drinks, while supplies last, according to the announcement. Customers can also enter for a chance to win prizes, including a Weber Spirit two-burner grill as the grand prize and assorted YETI products. The report does not state how many prizes are available or describe entry rules.
The store is offering anniversary savings on selected products and brands, including Ace hand tools, Weber grills and DeWalt. The announcement also says customers who buy a $50 Ace gift card will receive a free $10 Ace gift card. It does not list sale prices, promotion dates or any additional purchase conditions.
The Pelican Bay location opened on Nov. 1, 2025. At approximately 20,000 square feet, it carries paint, grilling and full-service fishing departments, alongside tools, lawn and garden supplies, plumbing products and gifts. The company says the location also offers its Helpful Hub services.
A Year Serving North Naples
The anniversary marks a year of operation for a new retail location serving North Naples residents and businesses. For local customers, the event pairs a chance to visit the store with food and prize entries, while the promotions offer savings on selected home-improvement and outdoor products. The announcement does not quantify customer turnout, sales or the store’s contribution to the local economy.
Sunshine Ace President Michael Wynn described the celebration as a thank-you to both do-it-yourself shoppers and commercial customers. His comments present the event as a community gathering as well as a retail promotion; that characterization is the company’s stated purpose, not an independent measure of the store’s impact.
